Shipping

Costs for shipping in Australia as follows:

• All printed orders are shipped in with Australia Post express – rates are $22 for a 5kg bag. We prefer to send them to a business address.
• We have a flat rate of $10.00 (Victoria) & $15.00 (others State) for all online orders for product
• We reserve the right to amend this cost should orders be very large or bulky

Proofing & Printing 

We require that customers sign off on proofs before we proceed to printing by email or in person only. Be sure to check for typos, punctuation errors, incorrect spelling or dates. Once you approve the proof it will be printed from the last proof sent. In the unfortunate event that a mistake is discovered after printing we will reprint your order, however, this will be at your expense. If the mistake is ours, of course we will cover the cost of reprinting.

Privacy

Classy Paperie values you and respects your privacy.  We collect information to support our relationship with you, improve our product offering and to communicate about products, services, and promotions.  Classy Paperie recognises that we must maintain and use information responsibly.  We may disclose information to companies that work with us and assist us with providing services to you.  We will not share your information with other third parties without your prior permission or prior notification.
